CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

If registration is canceled in writing before August 1, IUVA will refund 100%, less a $25 processing fee. If registration is canceled in writing before August 15, 2025, IUVA will refund 50%, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after August 15, 2025. IUVA will consider name substitutions.
