The IUVA Young Professionals (YP) Committee was formed to increase interest and involvement in IUVA and the UV industry among YPs, and to allow YPs to actively contribute to IUVA.

About the IUVA Young Professionals Committee

The IUVA YP committee was established in 2019 by Natalie Hull and Nathan Moore as founding co-chairs. Ever since dreaming up all the possibilities for increasing interest and involvement in UV among YPs through their efforts, they have been blown away by the energy and enthusiasm brought by official committee members and volunteers. As the committee has grown and evolved, the IUVA YP has had the opportunity to engage with the IUVA and the broader UV community through our events at the conferences, our online presence through social media and a podcast (Wavelength Podcast), and other strategic growth initiatives. As we progress, looking forward to learn and contribute to the UV industry, we are always looking for volunteers, even when not actively recruiting committee members.
