All sponsorships will display your logo on show materials including marketing materials, show directory, and recognition signs at the 2018 IUVA Americas Conference in Redondo Beach, California.
In-Kind Items:
For all in-kind items, the production costs are included in the sponsorship fee.
Overall Sponsor, Cost: $8000 (IUVA Corp Member) / $10,000 (Non-member)
For this sponsorship, your company will receive your company’s logo displayed prominently on all materials and signs.
Lunch, Cost: $2000 (IUVA Corp Member) / $4000 (Non-member)
For this sponsorship, your company will receive your company’s logo on the signs located at a luncheon.
Meeting Room, Cost: $1000 (IUVA Corp Member) / $3000 (Non-member)
For this sponsorship, your company will receive your company’s logo on the signs located outside of a meeting room.
Coffee Break, Cost: $1000 (IUVA Corp Member) / $2000 (Non-member)
For this sponsorship, your company will receive your company’s logo on the signs located at one coffee break.
How to Become a Sponsor
Sponsorships will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis. Once notified of assignment, the full amount of the sponsorship will be due within 30 days.
